They put up with a number of adverse, unexpected challenges that dramatically lengthened the job without complaint and were steadfast throughout what amounted to a nearly 9-hour process (to emphasize: through 0 fault of their own - they moved as quickly as we could possibly expect/ask). Can't recommend them enough. While we don't hope to move again any time soon, they are absolutely who we'll use if/when we do, and will recommend to anyone we know in need of moving services in this area.
Keep moving has the best customer service I have encountered in years! From beginning to end, they ensure that you feel secure and well taken care of. On the day of my move, it was freezing cold, raining, sometimes snowing, and the elevator had broken down! They handled it all so professionally and calmly.
